About usArtour Peru is a company formed by professionals and university professors, from the Economics Faculty of San Marcos University, in Lima - Peru, who took upon themselves a mission to help handicraftsmen in making their work known to a global audience and selling their products.E-Commerce was chosen as the instrument to achieve these goals.A very important aspect of our operation is direct support to disabled artists and handicraftsmen with very low economic resources. The social factor is most important in our objectives. Sustaining families of disabled and very poor artists through marketing their often high quality crafts is giving them back their self respect, is enhancing their personal reach.Another important mission we've taken upon us is showing off the beauty of Peru, its geographic diversity all the way from extensive desert areas and wonderful beaches in the coastal area to the impressive Andes valleys and eternally snow capped mountains and the enigmas of the Amazon Rainforest. Peru's culture, food, music and customs will be on display, here at Peru Handicraft And Tourism.
