ARTOUR PERU POLICY
Our goal is to support to disabled artists and handicrafters with verylow income but with great skills to make high quality crafts. The social factor is important in our objectives. Keeping up families of disabled and very poor artists through marketing their high quality crafts is giving them back their self-respect and enhancing their personal reach.

RETURN AND POLICY REFUND
At ARTOURPERU we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases.If your goods are not to your satisfaction or they arrive damaged, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days after delivery; we will exchange it. In the event that we process your order incorrectly or ship you a defective item, we will proceed to change that item  after  you return it to us, it will be sent to you at no additional charge. Please note that we can bear shipping costs only if the returned item is a result of an incorrect process of your order (if you have received a not requested product). You can also cancel orders of products (between 48 hours of  the on-line purchase) before we order the artists to produce it;  because we do not work with stocks, there will be a lapse of time between your order and the delivery of the product. To cancel an unshipped item just e-mail us to cancel@artourperu.comPlease contact us by e-mail to contact@artourperu.com where anArtourPeru representative will attend you.

HOW TO ORDER AND PAY
Using our virtual shopping cart system, buying products on-line at ARTOURPERU is easy. Just click on the "add button" icon of any article you want to add to your shopping cart. To see what you have in the cart or to make your payment, just click on the words View Shopping Cart/ Checkout; that appear on the bottom of each product inthe catalogue. When you finish with your "shopping," click on those words and enter the shopping cart to fill out the necessary data: amounts, any specifications, shipping instructions and credit card and number.It is also very safe to purchase on-line through 2Checkout; a Secure Server based in USA. We accept VISA,  MasterCard, Discovery and  AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you prefer to buy off-line, you can pay by money transfer using Money Gram or Western Union (by mail), in this case; we will wait to receive the money before processing your order. We strongly recommend that you pay by credit card on-line because it isthe quickest and most efficient route.

DELIVERY TIME
We sent your order in about; 3 weeks. The amount of time that it takes for your order to reach its destination depends on two factors. One is the type of product you have ordered and another is our products are handmade and are not stored in warehouses in mass quantities, there are some occasions when orders must be specially made, and this can present delays in the shipment of an order. In the event that your order must be specially made, you will be contacted by e-mail and informed of the nature of the delay and the expected time frame for shipment of your order.

SHIPPING AND TAXES
Our prices don't include all payments related with shipment from Peruand don't include additional payments which could cause the taxes of the destination country.

ORDER STATUS
If you placed an order more than 10 days ago and would like to find out the status, please send an email to orders@artourperu.comand include your name, order number, and email address. A representative will email you back with information about your order, such as if it has been shipped, when it was shipped, or when we expect it to be shipped.
